Trained in law and human rights, he blends legal expertise with hands-on advocacy to deliver practical, policy-driven solutions, with a focus on women’s land rights, legal reform, transparency, and stakeholder engagement.
He has executed land governance projects with reputable national and global organizations like Transparency International, Oxfam International, LANDnet Uganda, the Democratic Governance Facility, and Uganda Land Alliance. His consulting portfolio includes intergovernmental bodies, national governments, civil society, as well as regional and international organizations.
Jonathan holds an LLM in Human Rights from Swansea University, with postgraduate qualifications in legal practice and project management.
