John Mwebe brings over fifteen years of experience in development finance, land and natural resource governance, and corporate accountability. Trained in development studies, human rights, and law, John combines policy analysis with hands on advocacy in engagements with governments, civil society, and communities.
He has worked with institutions such as the World Bank and the African Development Bank, advancing reforms on safeguards, accountability, and responsible investment. Beyond direct assignments, he builds strategic alliances, strengthens the firm’s visibility, and feeds market intelligence into strategy—positioning Tenure Advisory within influential networks.
John holds an MA in Human Rights from Makerere University, with postgraduate training in Land Management and Project Planning and Management. As Partner – Client Engagement, he leads client-facing work, serving as the senior client contact and safeguarding quality, responsiveness, and reputation. He opens doors to new opportunities, guides proposals and negotiations, and ensures services align with Tenure Advisory’s mandate and values.
